This was a difficult time for our family as it was our recently passed mom's home. We had no idea what we were doing. Our mom had a reverse mortgage. The mortgage company was very difficult to deal with. I met with Kate at the house and she answered all of my questions. She brought the documents for me to sign and then just took over everything.

The only other suggestion is the new signing for Century 21 does not stand out as well as the old signing. There was only signing in front of the house.
